My second Hostelling International hostel, Hi Jasper, was equally as good as the first but a little different. It did not include breakfast, but the facilities were very good, except they did not have a games room. However they did have the most amazing views.
The hostel was 8km from the main town centre so I made the most of their shuttle service, which dropped guests of in town at 8:30 in the morning and picked them up at 6:30pm.
What I tended to do was explore around the hostel in the morning then chill before walking in to town in the early afternoon to look around and catch the shuttle service back to the hostel.
