This morning I flew from JeJu to Seoul on Korean Air. I shared a taxi with Dan, the guy who use to work for Microsoft, to the airport. This is a half an hour quicker and much less hassle than a bus.
After a very short flight of 45 minutes we arrived at the super shiny Gimpo Airport in Seoul and then it was a metro trip of only two stops to the Hongik Univ stop where my hostel is located. The area is called Hogndae.
After getting settled in I had a look around the area and found some Bibimbap in a traditional Korean restaurant.
The area is very modern with lots of major shops as well as few alleys with quirky little stalls.
