Stay in at Wada Hostel was great choice based on two from a very knowledgable traveller in Beijing.
I really enjoyed my stay in the hostel and in particular YangShuo, especially after yesterdays excursion rock climbing I could have stayed there longer had I not made other plans.
I can completely understand why it has a 9.2 review on booking.com. The staff are friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, pretty much spotless and they offered a free laundry service. All of this in a fantastic location with great, interesting and interactive guests.
I will remember my time in YangShuo with great fondness and I have left at time where it leaves me wanting more. So who knows I may be back some day. Perhaps to climb a more difficult rock face 🙂 .
