More Beaches and a View to Remember

Over the last few days I have been hopping on to the trike once again to explore more of the island.

The day before yesterday I had my 2nd intense Yoga session, which had an amazing view over the main beach. In the afternoon I went with Dennis’ friends to the back beach where alot of kite surfing takes place because it is windy on that side of the island. It also the beach I will be able to watch the sun rise one morning around 5:30am.

From the back beach we agreed a price with a trike rider to take us to Ilig-Iligan beach where we swam and chilled before heading back. This journey was interesting in the fact that all 6 of us on the 125cc trike had to lean forward to enable it to get up some of the hills. On the way back we got a puncture on the back wheel. What struck me about this incident was how accepting the driver was, it was just one of those things. For us the passengers it was simply a case of paying the rider and waiting less than a minute for the next empty trike to come along.

I then went back to shower before going for a coffee where I caught the most amazing Sunset from the window before going to meet Dennis for some evening food.

On Saturday Dennis had the day off so we went up Mount Luho for the first time to get an arial view of the island which I have to say was breath taking. In every place I have been on my travels I have always enjoyed getting up high and looking out to see the wider view.

The areas of life I am most interested in are great design, the golden ratio, minimalism, Pareidolia (faces in everyday objects), micro living and finally I will be searching for remarkable human beings who use the power of their mind to achieve amazing effects.
