At my second attempt of finding somewhere to stay in Moscow I really ‘nailed it’ picking ‘Godzilla Hostel’.
It was secure, tidy, friendly and very close to metro a station and only a 20 min walk to the Red Square.
The people I met there was pretty amazing, everybody having there own very interesting story of what took them to this very good hostel in the middle of Moscow.
I will always remember Morris who had been riding his motor bike around the world for the last 2 year, we explored the Kremlin together. Then there was a German guy, whose name I could never quite remember or get, I think it was ‘Emole’, he was cycling to Iran. They came a went to be replaced with others like a Ali who has taken a year off a little like me but with a slightly different route. We both experienced a Ballet for the first time. And not forgettingĀ Dr. Tom, we explored most of the art galleries and museums of Moscow together had some really good chats.
I like Moscow, but I loved it because of the people I met there.
